Support ongoing project work with increased ramp-up planned for next year

Ensure initiatives are compliant with the bank’s risk, change management, and governance standards

Play a key part in the transition from Remedy to ServiceNow

Support implementation activities and ensure adherence to established controls

Required

7–8+ years of overall professional experience

Strong understanding of risk, change management, and governance standards in a banking environment

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Remedy, including platform transition or replacement initiatives

Experience supporting or delivering a ServiceNow implementation

Solid technical background with the ability to engage with engineering and infrastructure teams

Proven ability to ensure compliance rather than direct project delivery

Strong communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder-facing discussions

Demonstrated project stability and good tenure across roles

Ability to provide references upon request
