Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and ensure sound financial practices
Oversee financial operations to ensure compliance with federal guidelines and internal

Support the preparation and execution of financial audits and reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field
Must have five years of professional experience directly related to financial analysis
We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience
Strong understanding of federal financial regulations and procedures
Proficient in financial management software and tools, including Excel, financial systems, and other relevant technologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and stakeholders at various levels
