Own product requirements, validation, and reliability testing
Drive DFM/DFA, quality readiness, and manufacturing release
Support failure analysis, root cause, and CAPA
Maintain documentation (BOMs, drawings, DFMEA/PFMEA)
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers
Qualification
Required
BS Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in product/mechanical engineering (thermal/fluid systems)
Strong thermo-fluids, validation, and manufacturing experience
