6+ years of design experience in an agency environment and/or B2C brand team
A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual craft, and the ability to own projects from idea to execution
Experience working across digital channels including email, ecommerce, paid media, and social; print or packaging experience is a plus
Ability to independently drive work forward while collaborating closely with creative leadership and partners
Strong sense of taste across typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
Comfort presenting work, explaining design rationale, and incorporating feedback thoughtfully
Ability to take direction when given and take the lead when needed
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
