Responsibilities
Independently uses artificial intelligence tools and practices across the software development lifecycle
Understands customer and user requirements for a project or product sub‑section
Leads architectural discussions by testing design hypotheses and developing complex specifications
Independently creates test strategies that ensure solution quality
Collaborates with internal and external teams to identify dependencies and achieve shared goals
Writes extensible, maintainable, well‑tested, secure, and performant code, using debugging tools to validate assumptions and improve quality
Drives automation in production deployments and implements security standards to strengthen solution hardening across all layers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, OR Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python OR equivalent experience
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
