This role involves managing laptop build, imaging, inventory, and distribution activities while leading a team of technicians to support enterprise end-user computing operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 10–15 depot technicians
Oversee daily laptop build, imaging, repair, and deployment operations
Maintain accurate laptop and asset inventory in ServiceNow
Ensure all assets are tracked, audited, and reported correctly to senior management
Assign daily tasks to the depot team and track productivity and completion
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and counterparts
Ensure SLA adherence for device build, refresh, and deployment timelines
Coordinate with logistics, IT support, and procurement teams
Monitor stock levels and ensure zero inventory mismatches
Enforce process, security, and compliance standards inside the depot
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for asset, ticket, and inventory management
Prior experience working in an IT Depot, Warehouse, or Device Operations Center
Understanding of network basics (LAN, PXE, DHCP, imaging connectivity)
Experience with Laptop Imaging & Build processes using: SCCM/PXE Boot Servers, iTunes / Apple device provisioning
Ability to manage and track IT hardware inventory (laptops, accessories, peripherals)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
Preferred
IT Depot, Warehouse, or EUC Operations
Laptop build, provisioning, or hardware support
IT Asset Management or Service Desk Operations
