Global TechForce is building the future of international money movement, and theyโ€™re looking for a heavy-hitting Technical Lead to join the founding team on the ground floor. This role involves defining the architecture, setting engineering standards, and leading the delivery of a performant, reliable, and secure product in the FinTech space.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Own the Architecture: Build a scalable foundation for real-money movement at an international scale
Solve the "Hard Problems": Navigate the nitty-gritty of Anti-Fraud, AML, Ledgering, and Payments Orchestration
Lead & Mentor: Grow and guide a high-caliber engineering team while maintaining a high bar for code quality
Direct Impact: Collaborate across product, design, and operations to ship a product with non-trivial integrity and latency constraints

Required

FinTech Expertise: Deep experience at a banking, credit card, crypto, or lending startup
Technical Breadth: 7โ€“10 years of experience shipping consumer-facing applications with meaningful full-stack exposure
Management Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and making high-level architectural decisions
Location: In-Office in San Francisco. (Relocation candidates are welcome, but please note that relocation assistance is not provided)

Preferred

You have experience building specifically for the Latin American market
You possess a strong sense of systems-thinking and a high bar for design
You are excited about the 'zero-to-one' phase and want a role that scales into broader leadership as the company grows
