Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
Prepare key schedules for reviews, reports, and audits
Create and analyze financial statements for leadership and regulatory use
Act as the primary contact for external auditors
Look for ways to streamline and automate reporting processes
Help shape accounting policies and procedures
Partner with finance leadership on special projects that support the company’s long-term goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CPA track preferred)
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity consolidations
Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with complex functions)
A proactive mindset, process improvement mindset
