Events Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B events strategy aligned with marketing and revenue goals
Planning, managing, and delivering a portfolio of events, including: Industry conferences and trade shows; Customer and prospect field events; Webinars and virtual events; Executive roundtables and hosted experiences
Owning end-to-end event execution: concept, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, promotion, on-site/virtual delivery, and post-event follow-up
Partnering with demand generation, content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure events drive measurable pipeline and engagement
Creating event messaging and positioning in collaboration with content and brand teams
Overseeing lead capture, attribution, and post-event nurture strategies
Analyzing performance metrics (attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI) and present insights to stakeholders
Managing external vendors, agencies, venues, and technology platforms
Staying current on industry trends, event technology, and best practices in B2B experiential marketing
Qualification
Required
Have 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on events (preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software)
Have proven experience managing both in-person and virtual events at scale
Have great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and/or webinars simultaneously
Have experience partnering closely with sales teams and supporting pipeline goals
Be data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performance
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Be comfortable managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
Be willing to travel 15-20% as needed for events
Have experience with Salesforce & Pardot, Photoshop and/or Canva
Be familiar with event management tools (e.g., Cvent, ON24)
have prior experience managing agencies
