Conformance Associate Program Manager

The Conformance Associate Program Manager will ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations while managing moderately complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Manage conformance-related projects and assignments with minimal supervision
Ensure adherence to internal standards, program management principles, and external regulatory requirements
Under guidance, monitor program expenditure against budget
Track schedule performance and milestone adherence
Report variances and track corrective actions to meet cost and time objectives
Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to systems and processes
Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate with internal teams to gather and provide information, promoting alignment on conformance objectives
Influence operational-level decisions within your job family
Maintain and update a comprehensive list of monitored items, including key dates, cost schedules, and activity cadence in alignment with operational and budgetary constraints
Utilize collected data to support budget forecasting and trend analysis
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, upcoming milestones, and anticipated changes
Proactively identify potential constraints or roadblocks and recommend actionable solutions to address them
Act as a competency lead for the global conformance team, facilitating regular meetings with team members engaged in conformance activities
Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and drive process standardization across the team
Analyze moderately complex issues and propose solutions based on prior experience and best practices
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, quality management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program management, compliance, or quality assurance
Practical knowledge of program management principles, conformance standards, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at an operational level
