Responsibilities
Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans
Construction submittals
Developing and maintaining positive client and subcontractor relationships through established strong communication in regards to responsibilities, changes and issues as well as following up on requests in a timely manner
Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and monitoring expenses
Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Identifying, tracking, and procuring all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed and inline with the project schedule
Supporting the project team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for project updates
Qualification
Required
Construction management experience of at least 2 years
Proven experience in project coordination or related field
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and QBO or similar tools
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Drywall construction management experience
