Responsibilities

Create SQL intermediate level queries, debugging, and optimization
Analyze data to identify patterns and trends to support decision making
Understand business requirements and design data models to provide insightful reports
Perform and automate daily maintenance processes
Integrate PowerBI reports into other applications to provide enhanced business capabilities
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize new and existing processes
Develop and test reports and data extracts
Use advance level calculations using DAX functions and Power Query
Adhere to development standards and software change management procedures
Assist with proposing new data strategies and methods to enhance and advance the reporting environment
Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning functions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of reporting solutions
Document processes and methodologies

Required

3-5 years of relevant work experience (SQL developer and data visualization)
Proficient in Power BI and SQL
Stakeholder management skills
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
