Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and team members
Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) for daily operations

Required

Fluent in both Spanish and English
Strong accounting skills
Ability to manage the entire bookkeeping process independently
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and team members
Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) for daily operations
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
Proficiency in ordering and maintaining office supplies
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle receptionist duties professionally and efficiently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in office settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Legally authorized to work in the United States
