Responsibilities
Build relationships the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects
Train, coach, and assist with internal and external resources
Maintain technical knowledge both national and internationally as it pertains to the aerospace industry standards
Contributes effectively as a functional consultant within the SAP MM area
Supports small to medium projects, change requests (enhancements), and production support activities
Able to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving MM-related issues
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and IT teams
Qualification
Required
3 Years - 6 Years of experience
Practical SAP MM experience in implementation or support projects
Good skills in configuring and designing MM processes
Understanding of the MM business processes (purchase order, requisition, release, invoice receipt, consignment, subcontracting, material valuation, inventory management, STO etc.)
Basic understanding of SAP enterprise structure setup and configuration within the MM module (plants, storage locations, purchasing orgs, etc.)
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practice
Experience with SAP Configuration and customization
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Familiarity with integration points between SAP and other systems
Handle day-to-day support tasks, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues on time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
Solid hands-on experience and a good understanding of SAP Materials Management
Ability to work with business users, understand functional requirements, and support in resolving business issues
Capability of analyzing business and technical needs and proposing suitable SAP MM solutions, especially in areas related to Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, and Materials Management
Contributes effectively as a functional consultant within the SAP MM area
Supports small to medium projects, change requests (enhancements), and production support activities
Able to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving MM-related issues
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives

Preferred
Knowledge of S/4HANA is highly desirable
