Process invoices to pay suppliers timely
Work collaboratively with branches and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
Process and scan invoices into the accounting system
Prepare and record journal entries
Complete other duties as assigned

Accounts Payable ExperienceMicrosoft Office SuiteCommunication SkillsAttention to Detail

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of accounts payable experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
