Responsibilities
Lead and support construction-focused VDC workflows
Review and troubleshoot Revit models with a constructability lens
Identify coordination issues before they become RFIs or field problems
Support model audits, QA/QC, and model health reviews
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and fabricators
Help teams understand why something works—or doesn’t—from a construction standpoint
Step into complex situations and bring clarity (not chaos)
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in VDC / BIM with direct exposure to construction
Deep understanding of construction means & methods
Deep understanding of trade coordination
Deep understanding of sequencing and constructability
Expert-level Revit skills (non-negotiable)
Comfortable working independently in a remote, consulting environment
Clear communicator who can translate between design intent and construction reality
Preferred
Working with or for GCs, CMs, or trade partners
Navisworks for coordination
ACC / BIM 360 environments
Multi-disciplinary and multi-trade models
