Make outbound calls through our automated dialer as part of specific mortgage‑related campaigns
Receive and handle inbound customer calls
Identify customer needs and route them to the correct department
Follow scripted call flows while maintaining professionalism and strong customer engagement
Adapt as campaigns change based on business needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1–2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience
Prior outbound dialing experience (comfortable handling rejection)
Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively
Preferred
Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services experience
Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, or phone‑based sales experience
