Credit Operations Analyst
Truist Bank is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst to assist in developing and implementing business unit projects and strategies. The role involves analyzing internal systems, preparing reports for managers, and acting as a technical resource for assigned systems.

Responsibilities
Support Dealer Retail Services, Direct to Consumer, Small Business, Wealth and Premier Portfolios
Support processes that manage risk for complex regulatory and compliance processes on behalf of the Community Bank
Assist in managing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the team. Provide input to support planning and prioritization of business systems related activities
Act as a subject matter expert for inter-departmental projects and to assist with teammate escalated issues
Lead project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement, quality enhancements, training and delivery
Coordinate system(s) or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change
Gather data, create and maintain data in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards
Coordinate review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with vendor(s) supporting assigned system(s)
Coordinate business unit changes with internal and external business partners, to ensure continuity throughout the department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
Four years of banking experience
Excellent knowledge and understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the of assigned line of business
Proficient in basic computer applications such as MicroSoft Office software products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work and think independently
Willingness to support change initiatives and process improvements
Strong analytical ability
Ability to travel, greater than 10%
Preferred
Master's degree in business, information systems management or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
Experience in project management and system implementation
