Account Executive
Bresco Solutions is a technology solutions provider specializing in fiber and wireless Internet, Hosted VOIP, Managed Services, and more. The Account Executive role focuses on generating new business within commercial and multi-family verticals through consultative selling and pipeline creation.
Responsibilities
Build and grow a targeted pipeline using strategic vertical outreach
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Conduct discovery meetings and solution presentations
Partner with Sales Engineering and Operations to scope solutions
Create, customize, and present proposals for Bresco solutions
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and activity log
Renew and expand existing customer contracts when assigned
Hit or exceed monthly quota for new MRR
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years in a B2B sales role
Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and create new opportunities
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical buyers
Ability to manage a full sales cycle with accuracy and ownership
CRM discipline (pipeline updates, notes, hygiene)
High energy and internal drive
Hunter mentality
Strong organization and time management
Coachability and willingness to learn
Clear written and verbal communication
Curiosity and problem-solving instincts
Preferred
Experience in MSP, SaaS, or similar technical solution selling preferred
