Responsibilities

Participate in sophisticated product liability work with an Am Law team

Conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and preparing legal pleadings, motions and deficiency letters

Work with little supervision

Capable and confident with discovery activities, including taking basic depositions and drafting responses and motions, as well as researching legal issues and writing briefs

Required

5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, ability to work with little supervision

Capable and confident with discovery activities, including taking basic depositions and drafting responses and motions, as well as researching legal issues and writing briefs

Prior experience working at a full-service Am Law firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique

Excellent academic credentials

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence (California licensing is a bonus)
