Business Experience & Planning Specialist Sr - Legal

This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to ensure effective use of the Corporate Governance’s knowledge management system, while also leading strategy and curriculum development efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a department‑wide training strategy that promotes core KM behaviors
Design and deliver role‑based curricula for attorneys, paralegals, and operations staff
Monitor, measure, and report on DMS (iManage) adoption and compliance
Support DMS upgrades and feature rollouts through readiness plans and training
Maintain a centralized Training Hub with on‑demand learning resources
Facilitate live and virtual trainings
Define and track KPIs
Qualification
Required
Strong facilitation, communication, and content development skills
Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives
Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners
Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives
Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives
Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives
Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy
Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
