Responsibilities
Steward a positive end-to-end candidate experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and on-boarding) and ensure it follows best-in-class practices and enthusiastically communicates the employment value proposition, reflects the brand and is an engaging candidate experience
Collaborate with Sr. Director Talent Acquisition to deploy recruiting and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the organization’s continued growth
Maintains ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting analysis reports to provide ongoing enhancement to the Company’s current staffing and recruiting processes
Proactively builds and maintains strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to quickly meet future talent needs
Posts open positions ensuring compliance of the applicant tracking system and review applicant resumes. Screens and sends qualified resumes to hiring managers
Completes face to face and phone screening interviews, assisting managers with identifying top candidates to interview in person; completes reference checks; assists with pre-employment background checks and on-boarding activities
Proactively researches innovations and best practices in sourcing and recruiting
Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis via Excel and other software platforms; creates and delivers recruitment and onboarding presentations that speak to both HR and non-HR audiences
Provides a heavy emphasis on Clinical and Nurse recruitment, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational and Licensed Practical Nurses, and Therapists
Responsible for other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
4+ years of Registered Nurse recruitment related experience
Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches
Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
Team-oriented with ability to partner with and build upon the strengths of others to meet overall goals
Heavy experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to put together presentations within Excel and Power Point with ease
Excellent written and oral communication skills
