Support Operations and seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures
Perform routine operational support tasks
Regularly receive direction from a supervisor and escalate questions/issues as needed
Interact with client personnel on basic information
Qualification
Required
6 months of Operations support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education
Financial planning experience
Familiarity with eMoney planning software
Preferred
General operations support experience
Strong clerical/data entry
