Responsibilities
Manage all phases of civil litigation, from case initiation to resolution
Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Handle discovery processes, including document reviews, depositions, and interrogatories
Represent clients effectively in court proceedings and negotiations
Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes
Utilize bankruptcy law expertise when applicable to support litigation cases
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely updates and exceptional service
Uphold the firm's high standards of professionalism and ethical practice
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
Minimum of five years' experience in civil litigation
Proven expertise in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Strong knowledge of discovery processes and litigation procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with bankruptcy law is highly desirable
Clerkship experience, especially in federal or state appellate courts, is preferred
