Account Executive
CyberForce Global is an early-stage cybersecurity startup seeking an Account Executive to lead go-to-market execution and drive revenue growth across the United States. The role involves developing sales strategies, engaging enterprise opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to optimize sales performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM sales strategies that position the company’s Threat Exposure Management solutions as category-leading within cybersecurity
Identify, engage, and close new enterprise opportunities while building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and broader GTM teams to align strategy, refine messaging, and support pipeline acceleration
Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics to continuously optimise execution and exceed revenue targets
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by deeply understanding their security challenges and translating them into measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, ideally within Threat Detection, Exposure Management, or adjacent security domains
Demonstrated success exceeding quota and managing full-cycle sales in a startup or GTM-focused environment
Strong understanding of the modern cybersecurity landscape, including AI-driven defense, detection, and response technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
U.S.-based with willingness to travel as needed for customers and industry events
