Lead and deliver civil site development projects
Establish and grow a Chattanooga engineering practice
Serve as the local lead and key decision-maker
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Chattanooga market
Collaborate with Knoxville and Nashville leadership to drive regional growth
Champion business development and client retention initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in civil site development projects
Demonstrated entrepreneurial or startup experience within an engineering or consulting firm
Deep understanding of the Chattanooga market and existing client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Visionary leader who can work independently and inspire others
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Strategic thinker with a passion for business growth and team development
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
