Client Services Coordinator
Maharam Fabric Corporation is a leading creator of textiles for interiors, committed to design for the good of humankind. The Client Services Coordinator role supports Client Services and Operations, handling claims, cancellations, and order processing for their Textiles brands.
Design
Responsibilities
Execute cancellations, review cancellation reporting and disseminate information as needed
Collect all necessary data and documentation to effectively process non-quality related claims and credit memos accordingly
Process accessory, employee and retail partner purchase orders
Review web sample orders and reporting
Assist with and execute projects to support companywide objectives
Serve as a general point of contact for client services as it relates to our three Textiles brands
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience with a focus in business operations
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle problem resolution professionally and with confidence
Organized with sound attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
A bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably in business
Minimum of 2 years related experience
