Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities in accordance with PMI standards, including:
Project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Scope, schedule, cost, risk, issue, and dependency management
Manage ERP integration workstreams, including coordination across SAP and/or Baan platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, plant operations, vendors, and system integrators
Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, status reporting, and escalation management
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder alignment
Ensure ERP integration activities align with manufacturing and plant operational requirements
Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision-making processes
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and PMI deliverables
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and OCR (Ownership, Commitment, Results) skills
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Project Manager
5+ years of proven experience managing ERP implementations and/or ERP integration projects
3 to 5 years of hands-on working experience with SAP and/or Baan ERP systems (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications
Experience delivering projects using PMI methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite/offsite environment
Preferred
ERP project experience within a manufacturing or plant-based environment
Exposure to legacy ERP modernization or complex system integration programs
PMP or equivalent project management certification
