Assembly Operator
Collins Aerospace, a leader in aviation technology, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join their fast-paced and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full assembly and testing of high-end aviation seating switches and lighting products, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Build and test aviation seating switches and lighting products, following detailed assembly drawings and specifications
Ensure every part is fully functional during the assembly process and report any manufacturing or design issues
Understand and interpret mechanical assembly drawings provided by Design Engineers
Maintain high-quality standards throughout production and suggest improvements to enhance quality or design
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working in a production or assembly environment is essential
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team
Capable of maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential
Preferred
Previous soldering experience is highly desirable
