Responsibilities
Process incoming shipments of materials and validate received items against purchase documents and record in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Process outgoing shipments of materials to customers, including packing and shipping documents
Manage inventory movements and ensure all inventory is stored properly in assigned location
Perform monthly cycle counts
Pick and load parts requested, and record inventory assignments
Unload parts requested and return to stock, and record in the ERP system
Prepare outgoing packages, including packing and shipping label
General housekeeping of warehouse, as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by Controller, Operations Manager, or General Manager
Deliver materials to job site, if requested by supervisor
Responsible to ensure all employees embrace our safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives
Qualification
Required
Two to five years of experience in warehouse management
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong technology skills, including using common ERP systems for Warehousing, MS Office
Ability to handle heavy equipment (i.e., forklift) to process incoming or outgoing shipments
Two to five years of experience driving and delivering inventory (large truck/dual rear wheel vehicle)
Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Forklift certification
