Responsibilities
Support customers through inbound calls and text messages, helping them remain compliant with program requirements
Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to resolve balances and support retention efforts
Manage and follow up on payment plans, promises to pay, and settlements
Use strong judgment and organization skills to prioritize daily work and meet deadlines
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (KPIs)
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer and financial information
Qualification
Required
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and recommend solutions
Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence—you know how to balance empathy with accountability
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, remote call-center environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed
Preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, sales, or account management
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
