Responsibilities

Assist with the CAM event registration site setup, content management, proofreading, and testing for accessibility and functionality

Report on event progress and registration for U.K. and U.S. CAM events

Participate actively in event planning meetings and contribute ideas

Support daily event operations and logistics, contributing to overall event execution and coordination

Help track event progress, budget, and organize logistical details

Engage in post-event activities, including gathering feedback and analyzing outcomes

Required

Be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field of study with a graduation date of May 2026

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, writing, and grammar skills. Familiarity with AP Style is a plus

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as a team member

Be self-driven and open to receiving and applying constructive feedback

Possess excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Display eagerness to learn and a passion to pursue a career in event management
