Responsibilities
Automate everything as you go; build, test, operate, run. Drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience
Drive adoption of technology standards and opinionated frameworks, and review coding, test, and automation work of team members
Perform regular demos/acceptance discussions in interacting with Product owners
Share and seek knowledge within the Software Engineering Guild & Builders Enablement Program to drive reuse and productivity
Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business stakeholders
Estimate and own delivery tasks (design, dev, test, deployment, configuration, documentation) to meet the business requirements
Adhere to Mastercard Engineering Principles, Builders’ Enablement development standards, and Corporate Security guidelines
Support the design, creation, and adoption of technology solutions in support of the Builders Enablement Program through hands-on
Facilitate the delivery of an efficient and secure SDLC in Mastercard from the initial ideation to production deployment
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development and deployment process
Actively participate as a member of the Software Engineering Guild sharing your knowledge, best practices, ideas, and passion for technology
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related
six (6) years of experience in job offered or as an Engineer, Developer, Software Architect, Software Developer, Technical Lead, or related
qualifying experience must include at least six (6) years with each of the following: Software deployment process, DevSecOps/CI-CD, Understanding of containerization and associated technologies, Orchestration tools: Jenkins/AWS/Azure pipelines or similar, Sonar/checkmarx/nexus/Jfrog Xray or similar, Automating builds, tests, and deployments, Software Engineering – API's, frameworks
at least three (3) years with each of the following: Cloud platforms: Azure/AWS/GCP, Cloud Engineering, Java/Python/Ruby/Bash/Perl/Groovy, Encryption and digital signature standards and patterns; implementing data protection at rest and in-transit controls: PCI DSS, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Secure coding
