Responsibilities

Independently collect construction materials samples from various construction sites

Perform tests and inspections to assess the properties and integrity of materials using specialized equipment

Document findings and communicate results to project managers and other stakeholders

Qualification

ICC certificationACI Grade I certificationNuclear Gauge certificationConstruction observation experienceLift 50 poundsCommunication skillsTeamwork ability

Required

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

6+ years' experience in construction observation or inspection

ICC, ACI Grade I, Nuclear Gauge certifications required

The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Valid driver's license and a good driving history

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred

Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred but not required

KDOT or MoDOT certifications preferred but not required
