Responsibilities
Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
Develop and maintain the construction project schedule
Update and project job costs
Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
Process change events & associated change orders
Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
Assist superintendent with site logistics & management
Review project quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred
5+ years of construction project management experience
Successfully started and finished project of $10M and above
Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices
Must have strong presentation skills
