Responsibilities

Defining and executing Walmart’s drone delivery market expansion and site readiness strategy, ensuring sites are selected, entitled, built, and fully ready for handoff to Operations for Day 1 launch
Leading data-informed market and site prioritization in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to support program footprint growth
Driving end-to-end site readiness across permitting, construction, vendor infrastructure, and site acceptance, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance
Serving as the central owner for cross-functional coordination, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across internal teams and external partners
Establishing scalable processes, standards, and governance models that enable repeatable, efficient site launches at scale

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning strategy, execution, and operational readiness
5+ years of people leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

Doctorate: Computer Engineering
Masters: Computer Engineering
