Responsibilities
Advise on a wide range of real estate transactional matters , including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and joint ventures
Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents , purchase and sale agreements, and core transaction documents
Manage closing checklists and oversee transaction closings from start to finish
Support real estate finance transactions , preferably on the borrower side
Assist with leasing, construction, development, and joint venture matters (experience a plus)
Collaborate across offices and practices on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
Work with clients across diverse sectors including office, multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, mixed-use, energy, cannabis/CBD, entertainment, and technology
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of broad transactional real estate experience
Demonstrated experience with mortgage debt financing and purchase/sale transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Confident working both independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'builder' mindset
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Preferred
Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus
