5+ years expAzuria Water Solutions is looking for an experienced Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their team based in Tampa, FL. The role involves partnering closely with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Partner with Director, FP&A on internal forecasting reviews and cadences across the organization
Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the organization’s forecasting and planning processes
Support the preparation of monthly financial packages for Senior Management with key metrics and commentary to communicate the organization’s financial position and guide strategic decision-making
Develop trends or other ad hoc analyses to test forecast assumptions and understand risks and opportunities to the forecast
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required
5+ years of progressively increasing responsibilities in FP&A/Accounting/Finance
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel (including ability to mine large sets of data) and PowerPoint skills
Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Operational experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, and Data Access Studio preferred
