Marketing Operations Manager

The Operations & Marketing Manager will oversee strategic marketing execution, manage hub operations and trade liaison, coordinate field logistics, and handle data-driven segmentation to ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and field operations.

Responsibilities
Owning the content calendar autonomously
You will create and schedule content for Instagram (Reels/Carousels) and LinkedIn, ensuring the agency's visual narrative remains top-of-mind
Acting as the first line of defense for the Oakland office
You will manage incoming inquiries from interior designers, qualifying complex technical quotes (e.g., distinguishing between 'COM' fabric needs or architectural lighting specs) before escalating to leadership
Co-managing the calendar for sales trips and cyclic remerchandising tasks
You will coordinate the shipping of 'Battle Packs' (samples and display products) to ensure they arrive at showrooms before the sales team does
Managing the CRM database to draft and deploy targeted e-blasts that speak directly to specific audiences (Residential vs. Commercial)
Qualification
Required
Proven Operator: 3-5+ years of experience in the Interior Design trade, Luxury Showroom management, or Manufacturer Representation is preferred
Tech & Content Fluency: Expertise in CRM segmentation, Email Marketing platforms, and Social Media content creation (Video Editing is a must)
Design Savvy: Familiarity with the luxury décor and lighting industry is highly desired. You should understand the difference between 'COM' fabrics and 'Architectural Recessed' lighting
Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage the logistics of physical samples, display shipments, and trade show preparations
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret engagement data from e-blasts and social campaigns to identify 'hot leads' for the sales team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
