Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and replenished as needed
Operate and oversee the maintenance of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines
Coordinate document shredding services with designated vendors
Handle document organization by creating, retrieving, and delivering files, as well as copying and scanning documents
Compose basic correspondence and assist with routine communication tasks
Greet visitors, direct them appropriately, and address general inquiries
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, including FedEx packages
Assist in setting up meetings and coordinating record retention processes
Perform additional research and reporting tasks as requested by leadership
Occasionally travel for work-related tasks or meetings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent education is required
Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
Strong customer service skills with the ability to follow up on inquiries effectively
Solid organizational and communication skills to handle routine correspondence and inquiries
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods
Familiarity with document management and record-keeping procedures
Basic knowledge of reporting and research analysis
Competency in using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
