Responsibilities
Lead and deliver marine and waterfront infrastructure projects, including marinas, harbors, mooring and berthing systems, bulkheads, seawalls, breakwaters, shoreline protection, stabilization, and sediment management
Provide technical leadership, solve complex engineering challenges, and mentor project teams
Manage client relationships and serve as Project Manager or technical lead on multiple projects
Coordinate schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure quality standards across all project work
Support proposals, contracts, profitability, and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil, Coastal, Ocean, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience
AutoCAD or Civil 3D required
Project management experience
Authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
PE license preferred
Coastal/marine design experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of coastal processes and modeling / hydraulic software
ACOPNE (Port Engineering) certification a plus
Construction oversight and business development experience a plus
