Administrative Assistant
The National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Professional Development Initiatives and Communications Division. The role involves providing administrative support for the Core Competency Capstone for DOs and assisting with meeting logistics and communications.

Responsibilities
Administrative support for C3DO, including but not limited to:
Monitoring of the pilot schedules
Maintenance of program management files and of secure file sharing site for C3DO participants
Maintenance of the C3DO email inbox
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Senior Leadership staff
Responsible for support of team meetings, committee meetings, and workshops, assisting with meeting scheduling, as needed
Communication with invitees, staff, and vendors
Adherence to meeting support checklist
Meeting minutes
Attendance at meetings and related events; may include evenings and weekends
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support roles
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Zoom or Microsoft Teams
