Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with business and IT teams
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process modeling using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UX/UI, and product owners
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and change management
Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and other project documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project governance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Business Analysis experience in any of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, IT, Software, Logistics, Energy, Education, Media, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Government
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend effective digital solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, TFS, or ServiceNow
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, documentation, and reporting
Preferred
Experience with cloud migration, CRM/ERP implementation, or legacy modernization
Familiarity with SQL, API specs, BI dashboards, or RPA tools
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or Product Owner
Background in consulting or multi-client environments
