Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles
Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management
Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management

Required

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions
Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership
