Responsibilities
Develop, support, and maintain front-end and back-end web applications for enterprise environments and affiliated business units
Build and support APIs and full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies
Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, system modeling, and code reviews
Respond to outages, troubleshoot issues, and support planned and unplanned application maintenance
Document system specifications, operational procedures, and technical designs
Implement IT controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and data
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins
Monitor application performance and contribute to optimization and continuous improvement efforts
Assist with incident response, problem management, and remediation activities related to security technologies
Collaborate with internal teams and, at times, guide third-party partners to achieve business and technology objectives
Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution for application and security solutions
Assist with vulnerability remediation, audits, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning of security capabilities
Contribute to continuous testing, validation, and security hardening initiatives
Provide training and knowledge transfer on application and security processes as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related professional work experience
2+ years of hands-on application development experience
Strong experience with ReactJS and Node.js; familiarity with Redux, D3, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
Experience with API development and full-stack application support
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth and JWT
Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Understanding of security concepts and controls across applications, networks, and operating systems
Experience or knowledge of vulnerability management and patching processes
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical and security-related issues
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Security+ (Required)
Preferred
Understanding of LDAP technologies, including Active Directory
Experience with Azure privileged and non-privileged access management
Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10
Exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or SAFe
