Responsibilities

Provide Tier I and II IT support and problem resolution

Manage client/server/storage/network infrastructure

Configure and manage RedHat Linux and Windows systems

Support vulnerability management using Nessus

Handle STE/STN scoring and documentation

Maintain POA&Ms and patch systems based on security and functional parameters

Collaborate with hardware vendors on system specs and refreshes

Analyze escalated issues and provide actionable feedback

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, and experience

Minimum 10+ years of system administration experience

Strong RedHat Linux and Windows (2012/2016/2019) troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with Nessus, POA&Ms, and STE/STN initiatives

Experience configuring UNIX and Windows environments

An active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Top Secret with Poly clearance

Must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR
