Spectrum is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products. The Senior Director of Data Quality & Insights Development is responsible for shaping the data quality strategy, overseeing a team of developers and analysts, and ensuring data is leveraged for insight-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the department strategy for data quality, insights development, and analytical tooling
Develop a long-term roadmap for scalable insights delivery, data governance maturity, and automation of quality controls
Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize business-critical analytics initiatives and align data efforts with organizational strategy
Lead efforts to identify data integrity gaps, root-cause systemic issues, and drive cross-functional remediation
Implement automated quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and data validation frameworks
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
Oversee the development of analytics products including dashboards, scorecards, exploratory analyses, and ad hoc insights packages
Guide the team in designing scalable and maintainable data models and analytical pipelines
Ensure insights are consistently accurate, timely, actionable, and aligned with business needs
Promote analytical best practices, data storytelling capabilities, and adoption of advanced analytical techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, trend analysis)
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of developers, data analysts, and engineers
Foster a culture of curiosity, technical excellence, and high performance
Create clear career development paths and support continuous learning in analytical tools and data technologies
Drive execution accountability, project prioritization, and workload management
Serve as a senior liaison between technology, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership
Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and data initiatives
Ensure stakeholders have the right insights, visualizations, and metrics to drive decision-making
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to enhance data platforms, pipelines, and governance capabilities
Qualification
Required
Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience
9+ years of Management experience
12+ years of Engineering and/or network operations experience
5+ years Project management experience
Experience building a variety of complex dashboards and reports across a variety of platforms
Experience maintaining data integration pipelines and cloud data storage technologies
Experience with customer or network support in a Service Provider environment
Experience with telecommunication and cable technologies
Data analytics, data engineering, BI development, or related fields, with experience in a leadership role
Proven experience managing large datasets, complex data ecosystems, and multi-domain data quality challenges
Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and dashboarding tools
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured analytical solutions
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills
Experience leading high-performing technical teams
Preferred
Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, Data Mesh principles)
Exposure to machine learning or advanced analytics techniques
Experience in organizations with multiple complex technology domains or large enterprise scale
