3+ years expCommunity School of Naples (CSN) is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and collaborative Accounts Payable and Purchasing Specialist to join a team of dedicated Business Office professionals. This role is responsible for accurately processing invoices and purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the overall financial health of the School.

Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or Business is preferred; experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a related role; independent school experience is a plus
Experience in investigation and development of high-quality suppliers and services at the best value is a plus
Reliable and extremely trustworthy with a background in maintaining confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and community members
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with Blackbaud or the ability to quickly learn software
Lift/ carry up to 25 lbs
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Sit at a desk while working on the computer
Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, climb, crouch, balance on a regular basis
Detect and exchange accurate information
Have close visual acuity to perform essential functions of the job
Withstand outside weather conditions
Withstand a moderate noise level in the work environment
Fingerprinting and background checks are a required part of CSN's employment eligibility process
