Responsibilities

Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
Experience with Microservices Architecture
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM tuning
Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ / JMS (preferred)
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
