Business Development Director – Staffing/ Executive Search (Full Desk / 360)- Miami, FL
ttg Talent Solutions has been a leader in staffing solutions for nearly a decade, known for its compliance and client partnerships. The Business Development Director is responsible for expanding client accounts and recruiting professional talent, focusing on business staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts across the Miami market
Conduct discovery meetings, qualify opportunities, and build staffing solutions that solve real business problems
Lead negotiations for MSAs, pricing, and service terms in collaboration with ttg leadership
Maintain a consistent activity cadence (meetings, outreach, proposals) with strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting
Own requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, shortlisting, submission, interview coordination, offer close, and start
Build and maintain a bench of high-quality professional candidates; manage candidate experience with speed and clarity
Partner closely with internal operations/compliance to ensure onboarding and documentation are executed correctly
Operate as a trusted advisor—high integrity, strong follow-through, consistent communication
Represent ttg at local business events and build a visible market presence
Qualification
Required
Proven success in professional staffing / recruiting with business development + recruiting ownership (full desk / 360)
Strong relationship-building skills on both sides of the desk (clients and candidates)
Track record of opening accounts, managing req loads, and consistently closing placements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and position management skills
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for Miami
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
